A note from Zack

Morocco, the way I grew up in it.

I built Razmarin Concierge because I wanted visitors to experience the Morocco I grew up in — not the one on the postcards. The rooftop kitchens at dusk. The artisan who only opens his door for friends. The silence of the dunes when the last engine cuts out.

I take eight guests a month — no more — and I design every journey myself. Not as a tourist. As a guest in my own country.

The Quiet Years

How a referral became a standard.

2014

A guide, not a tour guide

Zack began hosting friends-of-friends through Marrakech — the riads, the kitchens, the people the postcards never show.

2018

The first private journeys

Word travelled. Quietly, by referral only, a handful of families a year began trusting Zack with their entire Morocco.

2021

Razmarin Concierge is born

The promise was made formal: a single, deeply personal concierge — Morocco arranged the way it would be for family.

2025

Eight guests a month. No more.

A deliberate ceiling. Every itinerary is still designed, walked, and watched over by Zack himself, from arrival to farewell.
